Refund policy

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice to return items.

• Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the prepaid label will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount for returns.  For exchanges we will send you an invoice for payment of the shipping fees that must be paid before an exchanged item can be sent back to you.

• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your return.

• The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your credit card company’s processing time.
